No hidden fees. Rate covers the trailer — you supply the tow vehicle and a 2-5/16" adjustable coupler hitch.
If you accept: your liability for accidental damage found at return is capped at $9,000 or the actual repair cost, whichever is lower — you're responsible for the first $1,000 (the deductible).
If you decline: you're fully responsible for the actual cost of any damage, no cap.
The waiver doesn't cover misuse, off-road use, over-capacity loads, unsafe unattended parking, or towing with an unrated vehicle. Full terms and the damage schedule are in the Rental Agreement, signed at pickup.
